    Pretty decent place. It's always crowded. There is no AC. Food is decent as well. I ordered the duck noodles.

    This place is deceptively good. On a rainy Sunday in Garden Grove we walked up to MI La Cay. I had gotten a recommendation from a friend to come here. Outside= we couldn't even tell if it was open. We couldn't see inside, there was no sign other than the MI La Cay on the building. Inside= A waiting list of people, tables full of customers, AND ridiculously good Pho (rice noodles w/ well cooked beef & Vietnamese coffee was a yess)

    The woman who took my order was extremely friendly and accommodating. I ordered a large number 14 and a Thai tea, which came out to be $10.
